The controller responsible for processing personal data is:

MCZ Moschin Executive AG
Burgstrasse 214, 8706 Meilen, Switzerland

Scope and Legal Framework

This Privacy Policy explains how MCZ processes personal data in connection with this website, contact inquiries, search mandates, and confidential career conversations. It is primarily governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Swiss Data Protection Ordinance (DPO). Where the European Union General Data Protection Regulation applies in a particular case, its requirements are addressed in addition to Swiss law.

Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you interact with MCZ, we may process technical access and log data; your name, contact details, and professional role; the content of messages and conversations; information about organizations and mandates; and professional profiles, qualifications, career history, expectations, references, and other information that a senior professional voluntarily provides within the agreed context.

Purposes of Processing

MCZ processes personal data to operate the website securely, respond to inquiries, conduct confidential conversations, prepare and carry out search mandates, assess relevant profiles and assignments, maintain business relationships, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Candidate Data and Disclosure

Information relating to job seekers and senior professionals is processed only to the extent necessary and permitted. A profile or personal information is made available to a specific client only after prior discussion with, and explicit approval from, the individual concerned. MCZ does not publish candidate profiles.

Website Access and Server Logs

When you access the website, the hosting provider may collect technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system, and status information. This data is used for secure operation, error analysis, and protection against misuse.

Contact Form and Communications

Information submitted through the contact form, by email, or by phone is used to respond to the inquiry and manage related communications. MCZ uses Formspree, Inc. for the technical transmission of the contact form. When the form is submitted, the information entered and technical connection data are transmitted directly to and processed by Formspree. Sensitive personal data and complete application documents should not be submitted through the form.

Cookies, Analytics, and External Content

This website does not use its own analytics or tracking services and does not embed external media. A connection to Formspree is established only when the contact form is submitted. Formspree may use a CAPTCHA check to prevent misuse; the selected CAPTCHA service may then process additional technical data.

Recipients and Service Providers

Personal data may be shared with carefully selected service providers where necessary for hosting, IT security, communications, form processing, or the performance of a mandate. Formspree, Inc. is used as a technical service provider for the contact form. According to Formspree, processing takes place on infrastructure in the United States; Formspree refers to Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers and to encrypted transmission and storage. Further information is available in Formspree's Privacy Policy and Security information. Clients receive candidate data solely after the approval described above.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose, supported by consent, justified by a mandate or contractual relationship, or required by law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

Data Security

MCZ applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transmission, secure systems, backups, and restrictive permission management. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for electronic communications.

Updates

MCZ may update this Privacy Policy when its data-processing activities, technical services, or legal requirements change. The version published on the website is the current version.
